Coach Sam
Class Instructor / Youth Development
As head of the kids' program, you can find Sam teaching every Tuesday and Thursday. He wears multiple hats at the gym—whether he's running the youth classes, jumping in the ring for hard sparring, or actively competing to get himself and his teammates ready for battle.
Meet coach Sam! When he's not a teacher, he's running the kids class and training with the athletes at Champions. He loves encouraging members of the gym to stay fit, healthy, and happy! He has been with the gym since 2024!

Coach Duy
Class Instructor
Instructor for intermediate and pad work classes. Technical breakdowns and flow.
Duy's roots are in kickboxing, but in 2021 he made the full switch to boxing. Over the past 4+ years, he has had the privilege of working with both amateur and pro fighters, cornering over 100 bouts. Duy has been with Champions Boxing Gym since its early days, when the gym was originally known as Ludy's Boxing Gym / Champions Only.
His passion is in the details — technical application, building a strong foundation, and helping fighters establish their range and movement. Whether you're just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, Duy is here to help you grow.
You can find Duy at boxing class on Wednesday evenings and mitts class on Saturdays.
